2006 Comprehensive Plan

The Comprehensive Plan for the City of Baltimore was last completed in 2006. We are now working on the update in response to the 2020 Census. In coming years, the City of Baltimore will be expected to update our Comprehensive Plan every decade, in response to the Census.
